To upload your radio station to Radio Dex you will need to submit your radio station information through our Google Form. It is important that your radio station's STREAM URL be functional upon submitting your station information or it may be rejected if the link does not point to audio. If you are unfamiliar with how to acquire you STREAM URL (which is different from your Website URL), you should log in to your Radio Stream Provider and locate your Stream URL or ask support there for your Stream URL.

• Radio.co users: To Find your radio stream url on Radio.co , You can find your stream URL in your Radio.co Dashboard in the Listen area under Streaming Links.
• RadioKing users: You'll find your link under the Share Tab of your Radio Manager.
  

As of recent, we have received thousands of new Radio Station submissions and we are commonly back-logged. Your station will eventually be uploaded though it can take a few months. We do offer priority approval paid option, if you would like to be added sooner.

If your station has been submitted to Radio Dex and is appearing on our site with incorrect information assoicated wtih it please fill out a report and let us know of the issue so we can correct the information. Some examples could be incorrect radio station logo or website or audio stream.

Prior to submitting your stream, you can try testing the URL in a free media player such as VLC. Typically if the stream plays, then we’ll be able to play it on www.RadioDex.com.

It should also be noted that if your radio station is not present on www.radiodex.com after you submit your radio station, it doesn't mean it has been rejected. There is a possibility it is still on the wait list. We do have a huge back-log dating back to 2023. Priority Approval, which has a small fee associated, but would ensure that your station gets added as soon as possible.

Here are some of the most common reasons why a stream submitted is rejected:

• Streaming URL is not secure. If your streaming link does not use HTTPS then chances are, we cannot accept it. Check with your streaming provider to confirm.

• Incorrect URL. For example, sometimes stations upload the link to their web player or website. This will not work. We require the raw streaming link. These often have a suffix such as .aac, .mp3, .m3u8. However sometimes Shoutcast streams do not have a suffix.

• Restricted URL requiring either a password or token to access. Check with your streaming provider to see if this is the case. Some providers restrict access to streams outside their platform, though they may offer premium services that remove this restriction.

Radio stations sent to www.radiodex.com will appear within the country of which they have selected upon submitting their station information.

These are entirely optional paid features. We highly recommend paying the one time Priority Approval form if you would like to see your station added sooner.
